AN ENCOUNTER BETWEEN FINE ARTS STUDENTS

DIRECT ANIMATION EXPLORATORY WORKSHOP

Join us for a hands-on exploration of cameraless animation techniques such as scratching, painting, collaging and drawing and phytogramming on 16mm film. We will introduce the techniques and then create a collaborative vibrant moving-image work that will be shown at one of the evening screenings!

We will provide all materials. We ask that participants please bring recently picked leaves, flowers, stems, or grasses. No previous experience is necessary to participate in this workshop, just an interest in working creatively.

A workshop with: Franci Durán, Phil Hoffman, Rhayne Vermette and Robin Riad.

This workshop will be part of the encounter between Fine Arts students that will take place within our Paraíso section.
