The images are created by a spatial camera apparatus of my own design, shot during the period of the architectural rearrangement of the MACRO as Museo per l’Immaginazione Preventiva, conceived by Luca Lo Pinto. For the installation, the camera apparatus used for the shooting becomes the display device, showing the celluloid filmstrip alongside its projected images. The visual state is never fixed, but in constant flux. Commissioned by MACRO, Museum of Contemporary Art of Rome. (Philipp Fleischmann)
