Todo va a fallar (Everything will fail) is a film about the sun and the experience of observing it. The film performance is inspired by a seemingly impossible search for clear skies during the Latvian winter, and by a list of 41 days of the year considered to be unlucky and fruitless, when it is believed that everything you attempt to do will be destined to fail. By means of an intensive exploration of the sun, the film turns into a game of luck and chance in which people and landscapes intertwine, along with the duality between reality and artifice.

It was created in collaboration with Ângela Ramos, Cristopher Ruiz, Inês Lima, Maria João Moura, Maria Pipla and pupils from the Manteigas primary school.
